Roles & Responsibilities

• Achieve

  sales & distribution targets

  for the Punjab territory.
• Expand coverage & ensure proper

  beat plan / PJP execution

  .
• Drive

  outlet productivity & SKU availability

  across markets.
• Build & maintain strong

  wholesale and retail trade relationships

  (with a focus on A-class outlets).
• Lead, guide & motivate

  Sales Officers/ISRs

  ; ensure smooth induction of new joiners.
• Oversee

  distributor management, stock hygiene, and credit discipline

  .
• Ensure

  visibility, planogram, and merchandising standards

  in General & Modern Trade.
• Track & report

  market insights

  , ensuring no vacant HQs in the assigned territory.

Candidate Profile

• Age:

  3245 years

• Experience:

  8–12 years in

  Food FMCG sales

  (Atta, Rice, Pulses, Oil, Spices preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  Punjab markets

  – Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala, Mohali, Hoshiarpur.
• Hands-on experience in

  distribution management, team handling, wholesale & retail expansion

  .

• Graduate (any stream)

  ; fluency in Punjabi/Hindi/English.
• Must own a

  two-wheeler/four-wheeler

  & smartphone.

• Energetic, target-driven

  , with strong trade relationships.
