Experience: 7 Years Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee our operations. The ASM will play a key role in expanding our business footprint by driving sales growth and managing a high-performing sales team. This position involves employing distributors, super stockists and handling a team of sales representatives and officers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the beverage industry and a strong understanding of distributor management, sales strategy, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit distributors and super stockists.Monitor and support the performance of distributors, ensuring timely stock replenishment and efficient operationsConduct regular business reviews with distributors and super stockists to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Manage, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Officers.Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Develop relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure brand visibility and market penetration.Collaborate with distributors and super stockists to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.Requirements : At least 7 years of sales experience in general trade (4 Years in beverage industry).Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the beverage industry.Strong understanding of distributor management, sales strategy, and team leadership.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated experience in managing and growing a team of sales professionals.
