Job Description

Role and Profile: ASM /TSM Lubricant Sales

Domain: B2C and Retail Sales

Exp 10-20 Years

Location: PAN India

Reporting: Business Head Retail Sales

Role Objective:

Job Role and Key Deliverable:

  • Sound Expertise and proven experience in

    high end Lubricants and Oils Sales

  • Distributor Appointment in After Market and Retail Sales

  • Achieve growth and

    hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

  • Achievement of

    primary and secondary sales targets for the given territories.

  • Expanding secondary network under each distributor and increase secondary sales.

  • Implementation of company

    marketing programs and monitoring for successful completion followed by ROI.

  • To plan

    Sales Forecast and material planning as per sales plan.

  • Mentoring and

    motivating team to achieve the business goals.

  • Achieving Volume and Value targets month on month basis.

  • Stay abreast of

    competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the related business (Major auto market, OEMs, upcoming distributor, new co entering into market etc).

  • 10. Build strategic relationships with key clients.

  • Develop and maintain an effective database and tracking system of prospect clients.
  • Maintaining the reporting system as per the organizations standard.
  • Adhere to approved policies and procedures related to the profile.
  • Keeping the reporting manager updated regarding any market changes and forth coming opportunities or threats and tracking competitors activity.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management or reporting manager from time to time.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably have

    MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing.

  • Core Expertise in Retail, B2C, Primary and Secondary Lube/ Oils Sales

  • Able to work under stringent target both in terms of time and volume.
  • Ability to deal with rejection and market complaints.

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the market/clients of designated area
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to motivate team to achieve the assigned business targets.
  • Demonstrated team spirit, accurate reporting and integrity.
