Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager for Channel Sales Loan Against Property (LAP) at Tata Capital, you will be responsible for scaling up business volumes by driving partner-sourced leads and ensuring high-quality portfolio acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow LAP business through channel partners like DSAs, connectors, and corporate agents.
Ensure regular engagement, training, and productivity tracking of partners.
Drive sourcing, customer conversion, and quality disbursals as per monthly targets.
Monitor TAT, documentation quality, and compliance to internal and regulatory policies.
Provide timely feedback to partners on documentation, credit policies, and turnaround times.
Ensure superior customer experience from application to disbursal.
Identify and onboard high-potential sourcing partners in untapped micro-markets.
Work closely with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely processing and approvals.
Report on performance metrics, highlight challenges, and propose strategies for growth.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate with 4-8 years of experience in LAP channel sales.
In-depth understanding of LAP products, credit profiling, and channel engagement.
Proven ability to manage external stakeholders and deliver business goals.
Good knowledge of regional markets and ability to travel within assigned areas.
