Key Responsibilities: Manage, train, and provide guidance to sales teams or dealers within the assigned territory. Set and monitor sales targets, motivating teams to achieve or exceed goals. Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers to promote company products and increase brand awareness. Collect customer feedback and report market trends to senior management. Utilize various communication channels (calls, emails, meetings) to close sales and support clients. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management. Ensure consistency of quality and service across the region. Oversee inventory and coordinate with logistics as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: **Mobile or Retail Industry Prefered** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing , or a related field preferred. 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development . Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; analytical and reporting abilities. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
