Sr. Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop and update training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and handouts, aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.

· Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees, utilizing various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.

· Identify training gaps and needs within the organization through assessments and feedback. Develop targeted training programs to programs to address these needs.

· Support the implementation of forums management systems and improvement training on performance expectations and goal setting.

Qualifications:

· Any Graduation/ Post Graduation, Knowledge in Technology, Mobile or Retail Industry will give extra advantages.

· Excellent communication and presentation skill.

· Strong relationship-building skills to engage with employees at all levels.

Experience: 2-4years
