Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our leasing sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business or referrals.
Identify and develop new relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Facilitate the development of a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns.

Job
Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Possess strong knowledge of asset-backed lending, good market intelligence, analytical skills, and communication skills.
Demonstrate aggressive sales skills and the ability to drive numbers while enhancing client relationships.
Exhibit excellent collaborative and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
