Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our leasing sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience driving sales and achieving business targets, with a strong background in asset-backed lending, market intelligence, and analytical skills. Roles and Responsibility
Drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved through effective relationship management.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and increase repeat business or referrals.
Identify and develop new relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business.
Facilitate the development of a robust business plan to improve disbursal patterns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job
Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in leasing or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of asset-backed lending, market intelligence, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong understanding of business planning and strategy development.
