Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ranchi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within the assigned area, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, training and mentoring sales staff, and coordinating with other departments to optimize operations.

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of market analysis and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the kitchen appliances industry is a plus
