Key Responsibilities: Drive project sales by executing territory-wise strategies and achieving sales targets. Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants to generate leads and influence specifications. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the projects and B2B segment. Collaborate with the sales team; provide product training and support as needed. Regularly report sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends. Execute local sales promotions and track effectiveness for continuous improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or sanitary ware industry. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.

With strong industry presence and innovation-driven manufacturing, Ecorex is setting new standards in sustainable building materials. Note: Though the job is posted under Istaka India, the hiring and onboarding will be directly under our parent company, Ecorex. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers for raw materials. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Coordinate with the production and quality departments to ensure material specifications are met. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any supply issues or disputes. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably in the construction materials or manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.). Knowledge of local vendors and logistics in the construction or building material industry is advantageous.
