Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive

    project sales

    by executing territory-wise strategies and achieving sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with

    architects, interior designers, and consultants

    to generate leads and influence specifications.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in the

    projects and B2B

    segment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team; provide product training and support as needed.
  • Regularly report sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Execute local sales promotions and track effectiveness for continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or sanitary ware industry.
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
