Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Employee at our Gurugram location. The Sales Employee will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting and demonstrating products, processing transactions, and resolving any customer queries or issues. Qualifications Experience in sales, generating leads, and closing deals Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong communication and presentation skills Knowledge of kitchen appliances and related products is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
