Job Description

Managing customer relationships & addressing sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & cross-sell to customers Monthly Target achievement as per rolled out budgets Annual disbursement and fee income targets to be achieved Ensure ASM productivity as per Vintage productivity Norms Manage team attrition Hire, Train and deploy manpower as per budgets Develop and guide team members on policy, business development and transaction handling Engagement with DSAs and connectors to have consistent disbursements Cross selling Open Current Account and Savings account for borrower and co-borrower to have complete relationship of the customer with the Bank Compliance to all process norms
