Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for home loan disbursement. Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, including builders, developers, and real estate agents. Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking within the local market. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the features and benefits of our housing finance products. Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, processing, and operations to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile 6-11 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the banking industry (preferably in HL & LAP). Strong understanding of housing finance products including home loans, mortgages, home equity loans/lines of credit. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with channel partners and customers alike. Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently over time.
