Job Title:

Department:

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by sourcing home loan applications through direct channels and connector networks. The role involves managing a team, developing new sourcing avenues, and ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Identify and onboard new connectors (DSAs, referral partners, etc.) to expand sourcing network.
Drive direct sourcing initiatives through field sales and digital channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and training.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with connectors and customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Resolve queries and ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing.

Market Intelligence:

Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Provide inputs for product and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Experience:
48 years in home loan sales, preferably with exposure to both connector and direct sourcing
Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership and team management abilities
Good understanding of housing finance products and processes
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
