Market Actionable Insights Generate data-driven recommendations across GTM, product, and marketing; lead segmentation analysis, category GM studies, funnel deep-dives. UI/UX Research – Ensure dashboards/tools are accurate, live, and user-friendly; run UI/UX tests to support data accessibility and adoption. Feedback & Iteration – Track implementation of recommendations, run feedback surveys, and improve insight adoption across teams. Business Impact – Support AOP revenue and margin delivery through research-backed actions. Execution & Methodologies Skills Experience : 7+ years in market insights, consumer research, Technical Proficiency : Expertise with survey platforms , statistical tools , and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Analytical Skillset : Proficiency in statistical methods and translating data into actions. Communication : Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and leadership audiences. JD for Manager-Content Personalization & Discovery It will be a blended role between data science and content discovery. The core objective of this role will be to own content optimization of Watchos recommendation systems to enhance content discovery and watch time. Role & responsibilities Define roadmap for recommendation system (content discovery, personalization) Work with Data Science team to develop score logics for programming Balance business priorities (monetization, content promotion) with user delight in recommendations. Work with product and marketing teams to align personalization with platform growth Monitor CTR, conversion, retention, and watchtime uplift from personalization Conduct A/B testing & experiments to measure the impact of reco.
