- Coordinate for IN-transit Shipments & follow ups with E-Commerce partners
- Coordinate with Seller/Buyer for scheduled pickup/Delivery
- Escalation handling & dispute resolution. Respond to logistic queries
- Bills processing for Logistic partners.
- Identifying new logistic vendors for onboarding.
- ERP/SAP/CRM understanding
- Pickup/Shipments follow-ups
- Delivery/Reverse/Refund follow-ups
- IT configuration & courier coordination
