Key Responsibilities:

• All-India Launch Research

  Conduct town profiling, shopkeeper/shopper interviews, competitor benchmarking, funnel heatmaps; deliver rapid insight briefs for launch markets.

• Market Actionable Insights

  Generate data-driven recommendations across GTM, product, and marketing; lead segmentation analysis, category GM studies, funnel deep-dives.

• UI/UX Research

  – Ensure dashboards/tools are accurate, live, and user-friendly; run UI/UX tests to support data accessibility and adoption.

• Feedback & Iteration

  – Track implementation of recommendations, run feedback surveys, and improve insight adoption across teams.

• Business Impact

  – Support AOP revenue and margin delivery through research-backed actions.

• Experience

  : 7+ years in market insights, consumer research,

• Technical Proficiency

  : Expertise with survey platforms , statistical tools , and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
