Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish & execute the sales goals for the assigned area while managing the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and achieve corporate sales goals for the area.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
  • Achieve area sales goals by planning ahead, setting a yearly budget, tracking spending, checking for any differences from the plan, and making adjustments when needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, take corrective actions as needed to achieve desired outcomes also work closely with the sales team to ensure they are trained and motivated to meet the sales objective.
  • Maintain and Expand customer base by guiding the sales team, building good relationships with important customers, and finding new potential clients
  • Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitor strategies develop and execute strategies for entering new markets or segments and increasing brand penetration.
  • Build new regional business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with dealers to assist them to promote product.
  • Prepare the deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends and new business opportunities also provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences product performance and emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and sales management within the FMCG industry, specifically in snacks or namkeen products.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and business growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and the FMCG industry landscape.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
