Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Area Sales/ Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Reise Moto. In this role, you will drive process excellence within our distributor model, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand visibility and product offerings.
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
6+ years of experience in sales, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change.
