Ltd. develops and produces high-quality, affordable lifescience products, addressing molecular biology, protein science reagent needs, as well as offering kits for teaching and diagnostics. They provide custom services in biology and offer products from other producers, ensuring intense quality control for the best tools for consumers.


Role Description

This is a full-time Area Sales Manager role located in Bhubaneswar. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including setting sales targets, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers in the lifescience sector.


Major accountabilities:


-         Achieve specific revenue target assign for the region/territory.

-         Introduce Genei products & service to the new accounts.

-         Marinating Growth within the current accounts year over year

-         Accurate & confident order/revenue forecasting monthly & quarterly basis.

-         Identification, create & focus on the key accounts.

-         Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge across a broad range of Genei products and services

-         Create & Maintain Proper distribution network in the region.

-         Collaborating with HO for the commercial transaction & supplies for the customers.

-         Accurately maintaining and developing prospect/client data

-         Engaging and communicating effectively with Customer. (Focus more on Value selling Process)

-         Maintaining a robust pipeline for future sales by sourcing new prospects as well as qualifying inbound leads for conversion

-         Must be able to communicate technical data and information, both to and from accounts.

-         Conduct & collaborate with the marketing team for the regional marketing planning, Initiative & activities.

-         Coordinate with finance team for payment/AR collections from customers timely basis.



Qualifications:

Graduate/Masters in life science with MBA (preferred)

Sales and Business Development skills

Customer Relationship Management and Key Account Management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of lifescience products and industry trends

Experience in sales within the lifescience sector

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
