Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Service Manager, located in kolkata. The Area Service Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service quality. Daily responsibilities include managing service teams, addressing client inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely service delivery, and coordinating with technical and sales departments. The role also includes monitoring service metrics, meeting service targets, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing service operations and leading teams effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to address client concerns and build positive relationships.
• Technical knowledge in relevant scientific or engineering domains, particularly molecular biology and protein science, is preferred.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address service challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for reporting and team coordination.
• A bachelor's degree in biosciences, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the life sciences or biotech industry is a plus.
