An Area Service Manager oversees service operations within a specific geographic area, focusing on staff management, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include setting service standards, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics like resolution rates and response times, and collaborating with other departments to improve efficiency and customer experience. They also prepare reports for senior management.   Key Responsivities Team Management: Lead, train, and manage service staff of 8 to 10 branches in a State. Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with Customer/Dealer/Distributor/Local Sales Team. Service Escalations: Need to solve on priority. Reporting: Analyze service performance data and prepare reports for senior management. Travel Flexibility: Need to visit all branches in routine basis and as per emergency needs.
