Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Shimoga. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with sales processes and company standards.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
• Ability to meet sales targets and objectives
• Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
