GAR manages nearly 500,000 hectares of palm oil plantations across Indonesia, providing a wide range of products for global markets. GAR is listed on the Singapore Exchange, showcasing its extensive industry reach and economic value. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Shimoga. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with sales processes and company standards. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills Proven ability in sales forecasting, planning, and strategy development Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities Ability to meet sales targets and objectives Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
