Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Himachal Pradesh, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent travel within the region to meet with local farmers and agribusinesses to promote FertiGlobal's products and solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
Knowledge of the agricultural sector, plant nutrition, and bio-stimulants
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or a related field
Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
