Area Sales Manager

We’re looking for passionate, high-performing professionals to join our team as Area Sales Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic markets and wants to be part of a leading brand. You will be responsible for driving our sales strategy, preparing forecasts and reports, and growing our market share by collaborating with both internal teams and external distributors.

• Monitor and report on sales performance and target achievement
• Conduct market analysis and gather actionable market intelligence
• Assist in developing and executing annual marketing and sales plans
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for new business opportunities
• Ensure full distribution of product categories in line with brand strategies
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Service, and Logistics teams to maximize sales opportunities
• Manage CRM activities to ensure customer needs are met effectively
• Oversee key administrative functions, including order entry and stock allocation
• Handle CE channel & sales of free-standing products until additional manpower is onboarded

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in consumer sales
• Prior experience in the

  consumer durable industry

  preferred
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability in forecasting, planning, and driving sales strategies
