Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with

    interior designers, architects, and premium clients

    in the home design and interiors sector.
  • Conduct high-impact presentations and meetings to highlight Smegs design-driven appliance range and secure deal closures.
  • Source and convert high-value leads into long-term partnerships, thereby driving sales momentum.
  • Collaborate with design professionals to incorporate Smeg products into premium interior projects.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned

    sales and lead generation targets

    .
  • Keep abreast of market trends in luxury appliances, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Represent Energia and Smeg at industry events, exhibitions, and client forums to uphold brand premium positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in

    Business Development or Sales

    , particularly within the

    bath fittings, tiling, hardware, or similar luxury interiors

    industry.
  • Passionate about

    luxury design and marketing

    and you understand the aesthetics as well as the numbers.
  • Exceptional

    communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    , tailored to premium clientele.
  • Strong relationship-building acumen with design professionals and clients.
  • Results-oriented, with the drive to meet targets and expand brand value.
  • Self-motivated, independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Experience in generating and converting high-value leads into closing premium deals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience within the luxury interiors, appliances, or hardware domain.
  • Familiarity with local markets in Ahmedabad and Surat and strong network is a plus.
