Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in Business Development or Sales , particularly within the bath fittings, tiling, hardware, or similar luxury interiors industry. Passionate about luxury design and marketing and you understand the aesthetics as well as the numbers. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills , tailored to premium clientele. Strong relationship-building acumen with design professionals and clients. Results-oriented, with the drive to meet targets and expand brand value. Self-motivated, independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team. Experience in generating and converting high-value leads into closing premium deals. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience within the luxury interiors, appliances, or hardware domain. Familiarity with local markets in Ahmedabad and Surat and strong network is a plus.
