Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the region.
• Manage and develop relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across channels.
• Lead on-field sales activities including client visits, product demonstrations, and retail activations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional campaigns, events, and brand promotions.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates with management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and after-sales support in the region.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in

  sales management

  , preferably in premium consumer goods, lifestyle products, or appliances.
• Strong network in retail, distribution, or modern trade channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Mumbai region (on-field role).
• Marketing knowledge and ability to support promotional activities will be an added advantage.
