Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (TMT)

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing all outlets in the assigned area, working on expanding the outlet network, leading a team, and overseeing Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). The ASM should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and territory management.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in TMT bar sales
Locations: Trivandrum, Calicut, Malappuram

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong expertise in TMT bar sales to manage and grow our market presence in Trivandrum, Calicut, and Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders.
• Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking.
• Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth delivery and service.
• Report sales performance and field feedback to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in TMT bar sales.
• Strong network in the construction or steel industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
