The Area Sales Manager (ASM) plays a crucial role in the organization by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with potential customers via email and phone to showcase our services and products, we are interested in meeting you. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and assess customer needs through calls and field visits. - Actively explore new sales prospects through methods such as cold calling, networking, and social media. - Arrange meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns. - Develop and deliver compelling presentations on the products and services offered. - Generate regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data. - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. - Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences. - Negotiate and close deals, as well as address any complaints or objections. - Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate it to internal teams. Requirements: - Proven experience as an ASM for a minimum of 2-3 years. - Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi (recommended). - Hands-on experience with CRM software is advantageous. - Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques. - Quick learner with a genuine passion for sales. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to deliver engaging presentations. Area Sales Manager Job Duties: - Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and analyzing sales options. - Sell products by building relationships with prospects and recommending solutions. - Maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance, as well as suggesting improvements. - Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product enhancements. - Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information. - Uphold quality service by enforcing organizational standards. - Contribute to team success by achieving related results as required. This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager and with CRM software. Proficiency in Tamil, Hindi, and English is essential. The work location is in person.,
