Job Description

The responsibilities for this role include developing sales strategies by analyzing market trends, identifying business growth opportunities, and creating sales plans. You will be responsible for managing sales teams, which involves hiring, training, and motivating sales representatives. Setting sales targets for individual representatives and the sales team as a whole is a key aspect of this role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and distributors is essential. You will also be required to monitor sales performance, track sales metrics, and provide reports to senior management. Identifying new business opportunities, training sales representatives, implementing company policies, and driving changes in marketing strategies are also part of the job responsibilities. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
