Area Sales Manager (ASM)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales & Business Manager (ASBM) who will be responsible for driving sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction in the assigned region. This role requires strong expertise in sales execution, dealer management, and ensuring superior customer experience across pre-sales, sales, and service functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales

Drive volume & market share through demand generation and market-wise dealer performance.

Ensure Customer Experience (CX) at every customer touchpoint (pre-sales, showroom, and digital journey).

Billing: Ensure order availability and timely vehicle billing.

Retail Operations:

ETBR handling

Enquiry generation & market coverage activation plans

Hyperlocal digital dealer initiatives

Execution of end-to-end special initiatives, schemes, and incentives

Market activations & infrastructure readiness

2. Service

Monitor customer experience through dashboards/feedback and drive corrective actions.

Ensure process adherence across assigned dealerships.

Oversee dealership tools and equipment availability.

Manage manpower adequacy, training of exclusive RMs, spare parts, and warranty processes.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

Ensure effective coordination with charging and related teams.

Candidate Profile -

Experience: 2–4 years in Sales, with at least 1 year in Service/Customer Experience.

Background: Auto, EV (PV/4W), Auto Components, Allied Industries.

Education: B.E./B.Tech; MBA preferred.
