Area Sales Manager (ASM)

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand pharmaceutical sales operations in Delhi & NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a team of Medical Representatives, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong connections with doctors, chemists, and stockists.
• Train and motivate field staff for improved performance.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies effectively in the region.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of experience as ASM OR 4–5 years of experience as MR in pharma sales.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Good network with HCPs (Doctors) and distributors in Delhi market.
• Target-driven, confident, and willing to travel.
• Age below 35 years preferred.
