Area Sales Manager (ASM)

As a Sales Team Leader in our company, your role involves leading a team of Medical Representatives to achieve sales targets and handle sales promotion activities. You will be responsible for creating a monthly doctor visiting plan for all team members, ensuring its effective implementation through regular follow-up and discussions. Organizing special meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals based on daily and monthly planning will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up campaigns and awareness programs for patients and healthcare professionals - Maintaining regular contact with team members to ensure healthy communication and relationships - Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professionals - Generating new business through your team and fulfilling all their requirements - Reviewing sales and stock availability in the assigned area - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets - Building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals - Providing daily reports to seniors on work, meetings, and performance - Conducting market reviews of new products and services - Keeping detailed records of contacts - Attending monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of the company - Staying updated about company products, services, and schemes - Monitoring activities, products, and services of competitors Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales required If you are looking for a full-time job with day shifts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and are willing to commute or relocate as needed, this opportunity might be the right fit for you.
