Anything Skool is India's first organized initiative to provide school merchandise-designed and manufactured with established international standards of quality and fit with the assurance of a brand and from a single destination. Anything Skool in its journey through 10+ years has developed 300+ sales channel partners Pan India providing our school merchandise to 700 plus schools. 

Anything Skool Limited is a one-stop school solution company that supplies school student might need — uniforms (formal & active wear), footwear (school & sports). The aim is to provide quality, value-for-money products under one roof, simplifying procurement for both parents and school administrations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field. MBA (or equivalent) preferred for senior roles.
  • Experience:

    [4-7 years]

    in relevant domain (sales / school supplies / merchandise / operations) with proven performance.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities will depend on the role, but here are typical duties:

  • Develop and execute strategies to

    meet or exceed targets

    (sales, revenue, distribution, margins etc.).
  • Identify and onboard new schools / clients / distributors; build strong relationships with school managements.
  • Lead business operations in the assigned area: territory planning, mapping, customer outreach, channel expansion.
  • Monitor market competition and trends in school-wear, accessories, footwear etc.; ensure competitive positioning of our product offerings.
  • Negotiate with vendors / suppliers for cost, quality, and delivery schedules.
  • Train, lead, supervise, and motivate team members (field sales, business development executives, territory managers etc.).
  • Prepare and present regular reports on performance, sales, forecasts, issues and proposed actions.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical ability: reading sales & market data, forecasting, decision-making.
  • Leadership & people management capability.
  • Customer / stakeholder orientation — ability to build & maintain relationships.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area frequently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM / MIS tools.
