Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance in the assigned territory by managing and developing client relationships, overseeing the execution of sales strategies, and working towards the achievement of revenue targets. Key responsibilities include market analysis, identifying and acquiring new opportunities, developing sales plans, and managing distributor and retailer networks effectively. The role will also require regular reporting on sales progress and market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Knowledge of Market Analysis, Territory Management, and Client Relationship Development
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience in Retail or Distributor Network Management
• Ability to drive results and meet or exceed sales targets
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting for informed decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the household appliance or consumer goods industry is a plus
