Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for coordinated business growth.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain strong CRM data accuracy and oversee lead management processes.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (3–7 years) in sales leadership or business development roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry—e.g., FMCG, Manufacturing, IT, etc.].
  • Ability to lead high-performing sales teams in dynamic markets.
  • Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Data-driven and strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + benefits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
