Job Description

Job Summary: Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

■ Develop the district's strategy in alignment with the operations department’s overall strategy.

■ Consolidate and implement the annual budgets of the district outlets.

■ Assist in the development of policies and procedures for Restaurant Operations in collaboration with the top management.

■ Participate when requested in the decision-making on key strategic management matters within the scope of the Management Committee.

■ Participate when requested in the creation of innovative recipes and in the continuous update of the menu within the scope of the Product Development Committee.

■ Ensure testing of new menus, recipes and methods in pilot restaurant before rollout to other company-owned and franchised restaurants.

■ Assist in developing the operating model standards for future locations.

■ Oversee the financial performance of the restaurants through review of periodic financial statements and reports.

■ Oversee the performance of the restaurants in terms of guest satisfaction in coordination with the Marketing & Communication Division (in house or outsourced).

■ Contributes actively to the success of all marketing campaigns through proper communication and implementation in restaurants.

■ Oversee the performance of the restaurants in terms of quality and Wing Zone standards through the BPA (best practicesAssessment) conducted, and devise action plan Report periodically on the status and progress of the Restaurants in to the Country Manager

■ Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.

■ Ensures restaurant adequate staffing level.

■ Trains and develops the restaurant managers.

■ Ensures guest satisfaction through periodic visits and review of incident reports & comment cards reports and development and implementation of proper action plans.

■ Manages and monitors the delivery operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability in coordination with the delivery manager.

■ Coordinates with the Central Kitchen and Central Warehouse to ensure availability and quality of product in a timely manner.

■ Ensures application of food safety practices in all restaurants.

■ stays up-to-date of the latest developments in the Restaurant Operations field.

■ undertakes any other responsibility assigned by his/her Direct Supervisor.

■ Responsible and accountable for P&L health for the outlets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
