Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Manager located in Gorakhpur, with some work from home days allowed. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, manage sales and distribution activities, and ensure the achievement of business objectives within the assigned region. Responsibilities also include supervising field staff, maintaining customer relations, performing market analysis, and implementing strategies for growth.

• Experience in sales management, distribution, and customer relations
• Skills in operations oversight and team management
• Ability to conduct market analysis and develop growth strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using management software and tools
• Familiarity with solar energy products and off-grid solutions is advantageous
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
