Key Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Role Description: -
Reporting of FOS and ensuring their 100% target achievements. Driving 100 % engagement with assigned business vertical along the location
Managing a team of 5 6 people for the Chennai 2 circle in South 1 region. The person will be responsible to train and manage the team. Support the team by coordinating with the Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager and TPP.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting and driving business in alignment of HDFC Assets TPP and Business channel ZSM / RSM / ASM /SM and their team.
- Driving of the business nos in channel with all sales Parameters
- Making FOS team to get their nos Achievement
- Ensuring FOS team to follow the process and deliver all the vectors of sales
- Ensuring Team Training and claim process adherence for the channel
- Manpower Hiring as per the approved budget
