Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Role (shall include, but not limited to) - Managing multiple Clinics in different regions.

Achieving target as provided by the management.
Managing operations of all the clinics, including optimizing stock, reducing shrinkage, and
ensuring the implementation of all SOP.
Driving activities to increase footfalls at the clinics.
Assisting in Identifying potential locations for setting up clinics.
Training staff on a regular basis to optimize performance.
Ensuring patient satisfaction at all the clinics.
Motivating and engaging team at the stores.
Sending MIS to HO on a regular basis.
Any other responsibility designated by your Reporting Manager

• Leadership skills
• Team handling: ability to handle and resolve team issues
• Personality, which includes communication, maturity and interpersonal skills
