Area Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of outlets assigned in the designated areas.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures at all outlets.
• Monitor inventory control, product ordering, and stock levels.
• Lead and supervise outlet managers and staff to ensure high performance.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for staff.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure product consistency and service quality.
• Drive sales growth and profitability for each assigned outlet.
• Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Provide regular performance reports to the General Manager.
