Area Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute area sales plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a team of sales representatives or executives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive market intelligence.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer queries or concerns.
• Prepare and present area performance reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure ground-level insights and team support.
