Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role located in Nagpur. The Area Manager will oversee and manage the performance of assigned regions, lead a team of executives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while providing guidance and training to the team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Sales and team management skills, including the ability to set targets and monitor team performance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Proven experience in business development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Understanding of insurance products and services across areas such as health, motor, life, and commercial insurance
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and customer service excellence
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms to manage sales and customer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector or financial services will be an advantage
