The Area Manager will oversee and manage the performance of assigned regions, lead a team of executives, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring team performance, fostering client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards while providing guidance and training to the team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
