Job Summary:

The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and growth of multiple branches or locations within a designated area. The role involves managing teams, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide branch/store managers within the assigned area.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across all locations.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and performance targets.
• Monitor inventory, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are followed consistently.
• Conduct regular visits, audits, and performance reviews of each location.
• Train, motivate, and support staff to achieve business goals.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on area performance for senior management.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high service quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Marketing, and Finance for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
