Area Manager

As a Strategic Planning Manager in our company, your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and increase revenue in the Chennai region. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor Clinic Managers, Sales Executives, and support staff to achieve individual and team goals. - Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. - Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinics in Pune region, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. - Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Monitor and analyze sales metrics, KPIs, and financial targets on a regular basis. - Identify training needs within the team and facilitate training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and professional development. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in the beauty and wellness sector. - Identify opportunities for clinic expansion, new product/service launches, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth and market penetration in the Chennai region. Qualifications Required: - Experience in Aesthetic Sales for at least 5 years is mandatory. - Age limit must be around Thirty to Forty years. - Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, while knowledge of Odia is preferred.
