As an experienced and dynamic HR Professional at Kogta Financial, based in Pune & Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Business Partner efforts. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals and values.
